- Where we provide credit control services we meet monthly with our clients to discuss debtors collection for the month, aging of debtors list, problem debtors, solutions re same and targets set for the following month regarding debt collection.

Creditors Ledger Maintenance
- Input of all purchases invoices.
- Monthly reconciliation of creditor’s ledger accounts to statements.

- Initial meeting with clients regarding payment terms with suppliers and where needed renegotiation of contracts with suppliers for more favorable terms.
Payroll and PAYE/PRSI
- Weekly and monthly payroll generation to include BAC’s transfer to staff or cheque generation. BACS enables companies to make fast automated payments using the electronic transfer of funds directly into a bank account.
- Weekly/monthly wages reports regarding costs, hours worked and productivity of staff.
- Preparation of P30’s and year end P35 and P60’s to staff.
- Administration and specialist advice on redundancy payments and administration of same.
RCT & Subcontractors Tax
- Registration with revenue.
- Administration of RCT – C45 tax to subcontractors.
- Administration of subcontractor’s cards.
- Preparation of monthly RCT 30 return and annual RCT 35.
